We are back at the Old Spaghetti Factory where we are bringing back Winner Dinner where we celebrate our scholarship winners! To top it off we will go over NAWIC 101 for all those just starting out or need a refresher and non-perishable food drive due to current threats to SNAP.

Due to the government shutdown, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits are at risk of not being distributed starting the month of November 2025. Nearly 75,000 people/families in Lane County currently receive SNAP benefits, so this has major impacts in our area. Beyond this, November 1st also marks the beginning of new limitations to SNAP eligibility announced by the federal government. Due to these changes and potential for overall disbursement termination, the Eugene Chapter is hosting a non-perishable food drive right now! Please bring any non-perishable foods to the November 12th General Meeting…
