QuickBooks Enterprise for Contractors is the main accounting software to be used. Also a web based niche application will be used for job management and scheduling.
Contractors Electric is a union electrical company with roughly 20 employees. Some of the skills that are necessary will include:
Weekly payroll
Certified Payrolls
Union benefit management
General accounting
Regular Receivables calls
Accounts payable management including invoicing
Taking incoming calls
Service scheduling
