We are seeking a Job Captain with excellent design skills and a strong knowledge of architectural design. Candidates should bring creativity, technical skill, and a collaborative mindset. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to work on a variety of projects that challenge and inspire. This position will involve all phases of design and construction across a diverse range of project types and scales.

The primary function of a Job Captain is to take responsibility for the production of quality contract documents while taking direction from the Project Architect and or the Project Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to projects across all phases, from design development to documentation and construction

  • Work directly with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Collaborate with our small team on everything from big-picture vision to the tiniest design detail

  • Bring fresh ideas and a positive attitude to our open, dynamic studio culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in architecture

  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Spec Link is a plus!

  • Strong design and technical documentation skills

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

  • Licensed (or on the path to licensure) preferred
