Remembering the 2025 NAWIC Regional Fall Conference - Hayward Field Tour

The 2025 NAWIC Pacific Northwest Regional Fall Conference brought together women in construction from across the region for three days of learning, networking, and inspiration. This regional event has become a cornerstone for those seeking to grow their skills, connect with peers, and celebrate achievements in a traditionally male-dominated industry. The conference offered a rich mix of education, keynote speeches, and social events that left a lasting impression on attendees.

The first event of the conference was the amazing tour of Hayward Field on the campus of the University of Oregon.

For those who could make this 1:00pm tour on a Wednesday we heard feedback about how many wanted to go again because it was so great!!!

This history, still in the making, is a testament to the University and the City of Eugene.

The University, known for their architecture program among others, has wonderful creative things throughout the space bridging function with style.

This staircase is just one example.
